The National Consensus Project Quality in Palliative Care Award was created to recognize organizations which enhanced their palliative care services by implementing palliative care principles espoused by the National Consensus Project for Quality Palliative Care (NCP, http://www.nationalconsensusproject.org) and the National Quality Forum (NQF, http://www.qualityforum.org). Hereafter, the NCP redirected this recognition to be encompassed through the Circle of Life Awards. |
